Body Sculpting & Contouring Practitioner Programme-Includes FREE Vacuum BBL Training
The Body Sculpting & Contouring Practitioner Programme is a comprehensive training course designed for therapists who want to offer non-invasive body contouring treatments in a professional clinic or salon setting.
This programme combines multiple advanced technologies and manual sculpting techniques to help reduce localised fat, improve body shape, enhance skin firmness, and support lymphatic drainage.
The course is delivered in two phases to ensure both theoretical understanding and safe practical competence.
Phase 1 – Online Theory Training
Students begin with the online theory module, which can be completed at their own pace.
The theory section covers:
Anatomy of fat cells and adipose tissue
Lymphatic system and its role in fat elimination
Mechanisms of non-invasive body contouring
Client consultation and treatment planning
Contraindications and safety protocols
Machine settings and treatment combinations
Pre- and post-treatment care
Treatment frequency and expected results
Students must complete the theory workbook and exam questions before progressing to the practical stage.
Phase 2 – Practical Training (In-Clinic)
Once the theory has been completed, students attend the practical training session.
The practical training lasts approximately 5 hours and focuses on hands-on learning.
Students are required to bring 1–2 models to practise treatments under supervision.
During the practical session, students will learn:
Safe machine operation
Correct treatment protocols
Treatment combinations for optimal results
Client positioning and treatment flow
Practical consultation and assessment
Troubleshooting and safety considerations
Technologies and Techniques Covered
Cavitation (Ultrasonic Lipolysis)
Ultrasonic cavitation uses low-frequency ultrasound waves (typically 30–40 kHz) to create microscopic bubbles within fat tissue.
These bubbles cause mechanical pressure on fat cell membranes, which can lead to the breakdown of fat cells.
The released fatty acids are then processed through the lymphatic system and liver metabolism.
Common treatment areas include:
Abdomen
Flanks
Thighs
Arms
Back fat
Radiofrequency (RF Skin Tightening)
Radiofrequency treatments use controlled thermal energy delivered into the dermis.
The heat stimulates:
Collagen contraction
New collagen production
Improved skin elasticity
RF is often combined with fat-reduction treatments to help improve skin firmness after fat loss.
BBL Vacuum Therapy
Vacuum therapy uses negative pressure suction cups to stimulate the gluteal muscles and surrounding tissue.
The treatment aims to:
Improve blood circulation
Temporarily lift and contour the buttocks
Stimulate muscle activation
Enhance lymphatic drainage
It is commonly used as a non-surgical butt lift treatment.
Low Laser Lipo (Laser Lipolysis)
Low-level laser lipolysis uses specific wavelengths of light (commonly around 635–660 nm) applied through pads placed on the skin.
The light energy interacts with fat cells and may cause them to release stored fatty acids and glycerol, reducing fat cell volume.
The body then processes these through normal metabolic pathways.
Wood Therapy (Maderotherapy)
Wood therapy is a manual sculpting technique that uses specially designed wooden tools.
These tools help to:
Stimulate lymphatic drainage
Improve circulation
Break down fibrotic tissue
Assist in body contouring
Wood therapy is commonly used to enhance results when combined with cavitation and RF treatments.
What Students Will Learn
During the programme, students will learn how to:
Perform full body contouring consultations
Identify suitable candidates for treatment
Create customised treatment plans
Combine technologies safely
Perform treatments on multiple body areas
Deliver professional aftercare advice
Additional Topics Discussed During the Course
As part of the training, students will also learn about:
Combination treatment protocols
Body measurements and progress tracking
Treatment planning and session structure
Client consultation and record keeping
Pre- and post-treatment care
Lifestyle factors that influence treatment outcomes
Certification
Upon successful completion of both the theory assessment and practical training, students will receive a professional certification from KBH Training Academy.
