🎄 KBH Training Academy – Holiday Information

Holiday Closure:
We will be closed from 20th December 2025 to 4th January 2026, and will reopen on 5th January 2026.

Online Courses

Access:
Your access to all online training materials will remain active. You can continue learning as usual by logging into your Members’ Area.

Support:
If you experience any issues accessing your course, please email kbhtraining@outlook.com.

Training + Kit Orders:
If your order includes a training kit, it will be processed and dispatched after our return.

All coursework and case studies must be submitted before your course expiry date, even if it falls during our holiday.
Extensions cannot be granted if your expiry date is within the holiday period — please plan ahead.
If you need additional time, you can purchase a Course Extension from our website under Online Courses → Course Extension.
Coursework will still be reviewed during the holiday period, but marking times may be longer than usual due to limited staff availability.

Access to training materials remains active — please continue to use the Members’ Area.
We will contact you with the next available training dates after our return.

Small Items & Training Kits:
Orders placed after 17th December (2 PM) will be dispatched after our return.

Machines:
Machine orders are not affected by the closure, though delivery times may vary due to courier delays during the festive season.
