• Access: Your access to training materials will not be affected. You can continue learning as normal by logging into the members' area.

• Support: If you're having trouble accessing your course, email us at kbhtraining@outlook.com.

• Training + Kit Orders: If your order includes a training kit, it will be processed and dispatched upon our return.
   

✅ Course Completion Reminders
 

• All coursework and case studies must be submitted before your course expiry date, even if it falls during our holiday.

• Extensions cannot be granted if your expiry date is within the holiday period – please plan ahead.

• If you need more time, you can purchase a Course Extension via our website under the Online Courses > Course Extension section.

• We will still be marking your coursework during our holiday period; however, please note that this may take longer than usual due to limited staff availability.

🏫 In-Person Training
 

• Your training material access remains active – please use the members' area as usual.

• We will contact you with the next available training dates after our return.

• For urgent issues, email kbhtraining@outlook.com.
   

📦 Orders & Deliveries
 

• Small Items & Training Kits:
  Orders placed after 17th July, 2 PM will be dispatched after our return.

• Sinks & Machines:
  These are not affected by our holiday. Delivery time remains 7–15 days.

• Please note that items visible in our Shop section are available to purchase and will still be delivered during our holiday period.​
