Overview
Train in professional Hydrodermabrasion and choose the treatment approach that best suits the services you want to offer.
When booking this course, you will choose one of two training options:
Classic Hydrodermabrasion – the more traditional hydro-facial approach commonly used within UK beauty and aesthetic clinics, focusing on deep cleansing, exfoliation, pore cleansing, hydration and serum application.
Korean Hydrodermabrasion – a Korean-inspired approach that emphasises gentle exfoliation, layered hydration, essences and serums, skin conditioning, and a smooth, hydrated, luminous finish.
Please note: You will train in either Classic OR Korean Hydrodermabrasion. These are separate training options and are not combined in a single practical course.
What Is Hydrodermabrasion?
Hydrodermabrasion is a non-invasive facial treatment that uses water-based technology and professional solutions to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin.
Unlike traditional microdermabrasion, it does not use abrasive crystals and allows cleansing, exfoliation and hydration to be incorporated within the treatment.
Choose Your Hydrodermabrasion Training
Option 1 – Classic Hydrodermabrasion
Choose Classic Hydrodermabrasion if you want to learn the more familiar hydro-facial treatment approach commonly offered within UK salons and aesthetic clinics.
Your training will focus on:
Deep cleansing and skin preparation
Hydrodermabrasion exfoliation
Pore cleansing and extraction
Correct suction and handpiece technique
Hydro solutions and serums
Machine handpieces and treatment sequencing
Hydration and finishing products
Adapting the treatment to different skin concerns
Option 2 – Korean Hydrodermabrasion
Choose Korean Hydrodermabrasion if you want to learn a Korean-inspired facial approach with a stronger focus on hydration, skin conditioning and a luminous finish.
Your training will focus on:
Korean-inspired skin preparation
Gentle hydro cleansing and exfoliation
Korean-style hydro solutions
Essences, ampoules and hydrating serums
Layered hydration
Machine handpieces and treatment sequencing
Soothing and skin-conditioning steps
Creating a smooth, hydrated and luminous finish

How the Course Works
Step 1 – Online Theory Training
Once enrolled, you will receive access to your online theory training through our Members Area.
You will complete the theory relevant to your chosen Hydrodermabrasion pathway before attending your practical training.
Step 2 – In-Person Practical Training
You will then attend your practical session in London and perform your chosen Classic OR Korean Hydrodermabrasion protocol under tutor supervision.
